Kalery helps you log meals with AI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

We collect the meal descriptions you send, generated nutrition estimates, app settings, subscription status, and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to estimate calories and macros, generate food images, sync app requests with our backend, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

AI Processing

Meal text and related journal context may be sent to AI providers so Kalery can return nutrition estimates and image prompts. Estimates are informational and may vary.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled through Apple and our subscription provider. We receive subscription status needed to unlock Kalery features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Data Storage

Some journal data and generated food images may be stored on your device. Backend logs may be retained for security, debugging, and service operation.

Your Choices

You can clear daily entries in the app. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at privacy@kalery.ai.
